Spinach Deviled Eggs

 
Ingredients -
12 Hard-Cooked Eggs, sliced lengthwise
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Butter, softened
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup frozen chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
4 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
 
Preparation:

1. Remove egg yolks and set whites aside.

2. Place the egg yolks in small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork.

3. Stir in remaining ingredients.

4. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
