Lemon Curry Deviled Eggs

Cooked egg yolks mixed with curry powder lemon juice, sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and salt.Yolk mixture is placed back in egg white halves. Recipe makes 16 appetizers.
Ingredients -
8 Eggs, hard cooked, shelled, cut in half lengthwise
1/4 to 1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 tablespoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Ground Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Curry Powder
dash of Worcestershire Sauce
 
Preparation:

1. Spoon yolks into small bowl. Set egg white halves aside.

2. Mash yolks with back of fork.

3. Add sour cream, lemon juice, salt, paprika, mustard and curry powder to yolks.

4. Mix well.

5. Spoon lemon curry deviled egg mixture into egg white halves.

6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
