1. Cut hard cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in small bowl. Place egg whites aside.
2. Mash the yolks with a fork.
3. Stir in chives, plain yogurt, mayonnaise, tarragon, parsley, prepared mustard, dill, salt and pepper.
4. Spoon yolk egg mixture into egg whites.
5. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
