1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half.
2. Remove yolks and place in medium bowl.
3. Mash egg yolks with fork.
4. Add vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon pepper, pickle relish and onion powder.
5. Add mayonnaise 1 tablespoon at a time until moist.
6. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
7. Sprinkle with paprika or cayenne pepper.
