1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise with sharp knife. Remove yolks from egg whites and place yolks in small bowl. Place egg whites on serving plate.
2. Mash egg yolks with fork.
3. Blend light mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, nutmeg, sea salt, and fresh ground black pepper with yolks.
4. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
5. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill until ready to serve.
