Bacon Deviled Eggs

 
Ingredients -
6 Eggs, hard cooked
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
4 Bacon slices, crisply cooked, crumbled
1 tablespoon Green Onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
 
Preparation:

1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2. Remove egg yolks. Place egg whites on plate. Place egg yolks in small bowl.

3. Mash egg yolks. Blend in mayonnaise, bacon, green onion and garlic salt.

4. Fill egg whites with equal portions of bacon deviled egg mixture.

 



Cooking Tip
Centering the Yolks
Deviled eggs look best when the yolks are centered. To center yolks, store the eggs in their carton on its side for a day. Another method calls for stirring the eggs constantly when boiling over medium-high heat to keep the yolk centered before lowering the heat to medium and cooking for seven minutes.
