Hard Cooked Egg Recipe
Ingredients -
6 Eggs
Cold Water
1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation:
Use older, uncracked eggs to hard cook, so they cook right and peel easily. Add a teaspoon of salt to the water and eggshells will not crack when cooked. Add eggs and enough cold salted water to cover. Over medium high heat, bring water to a boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let eggs sit covered, 20 minutes. Run cold water over hard-cooked eggs to cool. Peel when cool enough to handle.

Three Cheese Deviled Eggs
Ingredients -
6 Eggs, hard cooked, peeled and cut lengthwise
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 tablespoons finely shredded Swiss Cheese
2 tablespoons minced Chives, divided
1/8 teaspoon Ground Mustard
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 ounces process Cheese (Velveeta), cubed
dash Paprika
Preparation:
1. Carefully remove egg yolks from egg whites. Set whites aside.

2. Add yolks to small bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, shredded cheeses, and 1 tablespoon minced chives; ground mustard and fresh ground black pepper.

3. Melt process cheese in microwave until smooth.

4. Stir into deviled egg mixture.

5. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites.

6. Garnish with sprinkle of paprika and minced chives.
